Main responsibilities:
- Installing, configuring and maintaining computer systems, software, networks, office audiovisual devices, printers and scanners
- Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
- Documenting support activities, solutions, and procedures.
- Assisting with IT projects and initiatives as needed.
- Providing training and guidance to users on IT-related topics.
- Implementing cybersecurity best practices.
- Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
- Possibly training more junior staff members.
Essential Skills:
- Two years of experience in IT.
- Deep knowledge of operating systems (Windowns and MAC OS), current equipment and technologies, enterprise backup and recovery procedures, and system performance monitoring tools.
- Familiarity with Office 365, and other IT infrastructure technologies, coupled with cybersecurity tools and technologies.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of company information
- Fluent in Spanish and English, with proficiency in Portuguese and German considered a plus.

Education:
Bachelor or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
